Residential gas compliance checks required for rental properties. Prices start at $245+GST for one gas appliance, up to 3 Appliances $365+GST. Over 3 Gas appliances starting at $420+gst.
Call out fee plus diagnosis of faulty gas appliance and minor repairs (up to 15 minutes). Repair/parts may require additional costs
